Fenton Construction strives to achieve the most environmentally conscious work that is feasible within the limits of the construction schedule, contract sum, available materials, equipment, and products. We set environmentally sensitive procedures on every project to meet the following goals: protect thee environment, both on-site and off-site, during construction operations; prevent environmental pollution and damage, and provide optimum control of solid wastes.

In order to achieve our environmental goals, we have internally developed green specifications and construction assemblies through research and development with a number of local and regional consultants. Fenton Construction’s intention is to expand on our expertise in green building systems while working with clients that have a philosophy consonant with our own. It is a vision that is authentic in its application of materials, concerned for health of the occupants, and green in its construction methodologies. We strive towards sustainable systems to satisfy the needs of the present generation without jeopardizing the needs of future generations.
